Loving and accepting yourself hasn't always been a practice of mine. And for years, the lack of doing so brought me problem after problem. I truly believe that self-love and acceptance is the core of happiness and attaining the quality of life you desire to live. If you can get this single piece in order, everything else will be slightly off. Learning to love yourself is possible and achievable. I'm living proof of that and in this episode I tell you some of the strategies I have used to get there.
