Worry.  In essence, worry is allowing yourself to be mentally tormented by something that hasn't even taken place, possibly won't, and is something that usually you can do NOTHING about.  So why do we worry?  Does it help in any way?  Nope.  Yet many of us worry about EVERYTHING.

In this episode, I talk about your circle of influence and how there are things that you CAN change and then there are things you cannot change.  Our focus should be on those things that we actually have control over.  The biggest of these being our perspective and our reaction to people, circumstances, and events that take place.
